Metropolitan Cooking & Entertaining Show Giveaway Winners

This weekend the Walter E. Convention Center will be filled to capacity with the food industries top names, products & lovers of all things food for the 2012 Metropolitan Cooking & Entertaining Show.  I had the opportunity to give away tickets to the annual foodie extravaganza and am pleased to announce the winners of the contest.  Drum Roll please… Maria Lloyd and Ichoosethesun!  Maria will receive tickets to attend the show on Saturday (November 3, 2012) and Ichoosethesun will receive tickets for the show on Sunday (November 4, 2012).  Thank you to all who entered to win!

Products to look out for at the 2012 Metropolitan Cooking & Entertaining Show

For those that are curious about the show but have not purchased tickets to the show, I had the opportunity to get a sneak peek at what to expect.

*Headliners include Giada De Laurentiis, Jacques Pepin and daughter Claudine, Top Chef,  judges Tom Colicchio and Gail Simmons, The Chew’s Michael Symon and Carla Hall and Next Food Network Star winner “The Sandwich King” Jeff Mauro.  

*The two-day show will feature performances by local chefs.

*A host of tastings, entertaining workshops, a wine and spirits pavilion and over 400 specialty food exhibitors showcasing products for sale.

Johnna Rowe is a Harlem NY native with deep roots in Washington, DC and North Carolina. All three places have heavily influenced her life and the foods she loves today.
