Where I’m Eating: Italia

[ 0 ] October 26, 2012 |

Have you ever fallen in love with a dish??  Well, I fell in love with pretty much every dish Acqua Al 2 had to offer.  Tucked neatly on 8th Street SE, across from Eastern Market, Acqua reminds me of times spent in Europe streaming in and out of small cafes that lined the streets.  Acqua Al 2 has that rustic appeal from old Italia with authentic classic Italian dishes.  You would think the Chef flew daily from Italy the way the plates resemble the textures and aromas of those in Roma.  My only complaint on the spot would be the amount of food that you get, but then again their portions probably saved my waistline…
