Graffiatto: Chef Mike Isabella’s first restaurant opens in Chinatown on Thursday, June 23, 2011. Dinner service begins @ 5 pm and lunch service will follow in the coming weeks. Expect traditional Italian fare reminiscent of the bistros Chef Isabella grew up on in Jersey.

The series recently highlighted the achievements of Chef Barry Koslow of Tallula Restaurant and EatBar.
