New Menu Alert: Same Theme, Different Flavors.

Chez Billy has a few new things on the menu.  Keeping in tune with the traditional French flavors, the restaurant has expanded outside the typical Steak and Frites and Onion Soup for some other celebrated dishes in French cuisine.  A couple things you should try?  See below.

  1. Oeufs Mimosa – The French word for Deviled Eggs and pronounced “Weefs” Mimosa, these little bundles of pleasure are a creamy mix of yolk, pickled red onion and capers. Start here.
  2. Les Moules – Mussels are expected at a French restaurant but I like them with a twist. Chez Billy has taken a Mediterranean/Middle Eastern route with the dish by adding a flavorful mix of harissa and chick peas.

Of course, there are some new twists on the desserts but I will leave you to your own devices in this area.  If you read JKGF, you know I usually stop at the savory unless the chocolate mousse starts speaking to me…
