Get ready for Valentine’s Day by shopping for your loved ones and giving back! From 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 5, visit gourmet kitchenware store Hill’s Kitchen for the District’s second “Sip & Shop,” a night of stylish shopping, food and drink to benefit No Kid Hungry, Share Our Strength’s campaign to end childhood hunger in America.  Sip & Shop guests will enjoy mocktails and cheese from Hank’s Oyster Bar and Sona Creamery & Wine Bar while browsing the store, with Hill’s Kitchen owner Leah Daniels generously donating ten percent of all sales made during the event to No Kid Hungry.

All Sip & Shop guests will also have an exclusive opportunity to purchase tickets at a discounted price to Washington, DC’s Taste of the Nation® for No Kid Hungry, the region’s premier annual tasting event. This year’s Taste of the Nation for No Kid Hungry will take place onMonday, April 13, 2015, featuring food and drink from the District’s finest chefs, sommeliers and mixologists. One hundred percent of ticket proceeds from Taste of the Nation benefit No Kid Hungry thanks to generous support from national sponsors Citi and Sysco.
