2 oz. Catoctin Creek 515

.5 oz. Magic Lime Bar Syrup

Method:

  1. Jigger the Bourbon, Magic Lime Bar Syrup and Cherry Yuzu Bar Syrup into the Mixing Tin.
  2. Squeeze in the Juice from a Lime Half (use a reamer)
  3. Add large, cold ice cubes and hard shake
  4. Strain into a Collins Glass with fresh ice
  5. Top with Seltzer Water and quick stir
  6. Peel and Lime Twist and garnish

*Johnna’s tip:  Enjoy this on J&G’s patio.  The downtown Steakhouse’s patio is the place to be as the temperatures drop.  On this particular night, the fire pits were in full force and Davidoff was on hand to show the rookie cigar smokers how it’s really done alongside the right whiskey.  Now this is the way to do afterwork drinks.  The collaboration of J&G select food pairings and Catoctin Creek’s 515 Custom Whiskey Blend has upgraded the happy hour scale.  No need to bring heavy jackets, the restaurant has huge fury throws to keep the chills to a minimum.
