World Tour: Japanese Cravings

As the temperatures seem to have taken a drastic downward turn, I find myself wanting the comfort of warm, soothing dishes, specifically a nice chicken broth – you know the generous serving of soup that generally precedes your meal when dining at a Japanese restaurant – yup, that’s what I want. While I have put Japan on my cuisine/travel wishlist, I’m sure it will be a while before I will have accumulated nearly enough United Airlines points to book a flight to Japan, and so I’ll have to satisfy my hankering locally. Will it be Arigato? Will it be Kanki? We shall see, all I know is that I need a Japanese fix soon! What’s your favorite Japanese spot?
