Food.Fun.Stuff: McCurry vs. McDonald’s
McCurry or McDonald’s?? That is the question. McDonald’s has lost an eight year battle against McCurry, a Malaysian restaurant that serves Indian food, over the trademark use of “Mc”. The ruling by Malaysia’s highest court has set a precedent that cannot be appealed by Mickey D’s. Interesting. Wonder if this had happened in the U.S. would the results be different??
