The Metro Cooking Show is back!  This year the show has headliners, Bobby Flay and Guy Fieri to lead the annual weekend of food and more food in the District.  Local and regional chefs all honored as James Beard Foundation winners, nominees or as guest chefs at The James Beard House, will cook on the Beard Foundation Stage.  On November 8, chefs from L’Academie de Cuisine (*my old stomping grounds) will lead cooking classes and on November 9 more than 40 restaurants will offer signature tastes at the Restaurant Association of Metropolitan Washington’s Grand Tasting Pavilion.
