>Exceptional sparkling wines. This was enough to grab our attention when we recieved word that Tallula would be hosting a special wine dinner with the bubbly stuff. Food/Wine/Food/Wine. That’s basically what guests will be doing beginning @ 7 pm. What to look forward to?? Sablefish en Papillotte, Chinese broccoli, abalone mushrooms, pickled radish, soy and sake butter paired with NV Chartogne-Taillet Champagne of France amongst other things. When the minds of Chef Koslow and Juliana Santos come together, patrons should not be disappointed. When we had the opportunity to try their pairings we were quite impressed…

The When: Tuesday, December 8, 2009 @ 7 pm
