Today’s blurbs:

>Little did we know that those sidewalk carts we see on the street corners of DC & NY costs a small fortune. Today we came across a blurb about a NY hot dog vendor who is now being evicted from his MOMA location (*Museum of Modern Art) for failure to pay the $54,000 a month rent. $54,000 rent!! For a hot dog stand!! Geeze, wonder what the restaurant rents are if its $54,000 to take up a couple of squares of concrete. Pasang Sherpa, the Queens snack cart owner, owed $314,000 in back-rent.
