Food.Fun.Stuff: The Cherry Blossoms are Here!

This is the time to be in D.C. The Cherry Blossoms around the Tidal Basin are a sight to see and many tourists are making there way to the District to do just that. As the weeks go by, we will be keeping you informed on all the Cherry Blossom events, which of course involve food. So here we go:

Wednesday, April 1, 2009 (*And no this is not an April’s Fool, lol…not this early, at least…;-) The National Geographic Society @ Grovesnor Auditorium will be featuring a seven-course sushi dinner in honor of the National Cherry Blossom Festival.

Johnna French is a Harlem NY native with deep roots in Panama, Washington, DC and North Carolina. All four places have heavily influenced her life and the foods she loves today. During the 2016-2017 football season, Johnna aired on Comcast Sports Mid-Atlantic (CSN) show, Redskins Life, as the weekly tailgate host. Johnna is currently a regular contributor to the FOX Baltimore Weekend morning show.
