Where I’m Eating: Cuban Revolution

Cuban Revolution “World’s Best Cuban Sandwich”

Recently, I met some folks from Rhode Island and it took me down memory lane.  Earlier this year I took a trip to Providence and had the opportunity to escape the strict business at hand to visit Cuban Revolution.  What appeared to be the “hip” spot based on the crowd pouring in for the live performance and acclaimed Cuban sandwiches.  I took on the Cuban, which offered the slightly toasted crunch reminiscent of times spent in Miami dining on Cubanas.  The Cuban Revolution is to Providence what a Ben’s or Vace’s might be to DC but with way more frills.  The natives said I had to try, so I did and simply put: it was good stuff.
