1/2 cup canned apricots (drained)

*Johnna’s tip: On a diet or trying to shed a few pounds? Apricots are your friend during this time. They are a great source of Vitamin A, C, E, potassium, iron and beta-carotene. They contain no fat and a small amount of carbohydrates. Incorporate in your breakfast, snacks and desserts;-)
