Drinks on Me: Pineapple Sangria (Alcoholic)

[ 0 ] April 9, 2009 |

Pineapple Sangria

1 bottle Riesling
1 cup pineapple cubes and juice
1 bottle ginger ale
1 cup apple juice
2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
Ice Cubes

In a pitcher combine the wine, pineapple, ginger ale, apple juice and lemon juice; mix well. Refrigerate overnight. In another pitcher/punch bowl, fill with ice and pour in mixture. Serve.

*Johnna’s tip: Who knew Sangria’s had some many flavors?? Sangria’s are not just with red wine anymore, we’ve seen them with white wine and now even with Tequila! Either way it is the fun, fruity way to go when you have a few guests over, especially when they are light drinkers. Pull out your favorite wine glasses and enjoy with a tasty chorizo dish;-)
