Johnna’s Chocolate Covered Bacon Martini

JKGF loves a good cause.  Here is one that will let some of the top mixologist showcase their skills.  Deets below:

WHAT:          All Set Restaurant & Bar will host a “DMV Smackdown” Cocktail Competition sponsored by Absolut Vodka  with the judging experience taking place from 8 PM to 10 PM.  Ten bartenders from DC, Maryland and Virginia will compete to create the most flavorful cocktail made with at least 1.5oz of Absolut Original, Citron or Mandarin.  Competing bartenders can select their own mixers and tools, but no more than two homemade ingredients can be incorporated.  Three prizes will be awarded: $200 prize for 3rd Place, $400 prize for 2nd Place and a $750 prize for Best Cocktail. Attendees will receive unlimited tastes of the bartenders’ featured cocktails along with an assortment of complimentary bar snacks.
