After a two-week holiday vacay, we are back and rejuvenated.  Resolutions are in tact with giving back at the top of our list.  If you added charity to the top of your resolution list, here is a quick and filling way to get things started right with Joe’s in Washington, D.C.

Joe’s Seafood, Prime Steak & Stone Crab (Joe’s) invites Washington to #pieitforward in January with a slice of Mascarpone Cheesecake Pie with Berry Coulis. Kick off 2015 with this decadent treat, featuring a pistachio-biscotti crust topped with a layer of whipped mascarpone and served with a coulis of raspberries, strawberries and blueberries.

Throughout January, Joe’s will donate one dollar from every slice sold to the Chesapeake Bay Foundation, the largest independent conservation organization dedicated solely to saving the Bay. Through the restaurant’s Pie It Forward program, a portion of proceedsfrom Joe’s featured seasonal pie of the month goes to a select charity.
