Continuing with Etiquette Tuesday’s combination of Good Deed Tuesday’s, check out your next reason to indulge in pie this August:

Throughout August, Joe’s Seafood, Prime Steak & Stone Crab will donate one dollar from every slice of its Mostly Raspberry Pie sold to Martha’s Tablededicated to developing sustainable solutions to poverty affecting DC through education, nutrition, clothing and family support programs. Through the restaurant’s Pie It Forward program, a portion of proceeds from a different specialty pie flavor each month goes to a select charity.  The Mostly Raspberry Pie is a mix of raspberries, blackberries and blueberries.

A very good reason to eat pie this month…

Johnna French is a Harlem NY native with deep roots in Panama, Washington, DC and North Carolina. All four places have heavily influenced her life and the foods she loves today. During the 2016-2017 football season, Johnna aired on Comcast Sports Mid-Atlantic (CSN) show, Redskins Life, as the weekly tailgate host. Johnna is currently a regular contributor to the FOX Baltimore Weekend morning show.
