Cafe Rio LogoCafe Rio is a fast casual restaurant chain that started in the Western United States, but now has several locations in the Washington D.C. area. Cafe Rio is looking for first-time customers to come in for a FREE MEAL and DESSERT in exchange for a quick survey about your customer experience.
