Where I’m Eating: Etto

Etto Margerita Pizza

Etto Margerita Pizza

Etto equals good food but too small.  To the restaurants defense, it probably did not know it would garner this popularity when it opened its doors or this was probably the space they could afford.  The pizza is the star of their show with six options to choose from on the menu varying from toppings of breadcrumbs to eggs.  Simplicity is explicit at Etto, which creates a vibe that invites the casual diner in for a much needed evening of R&R.  The only problem is there are approximately 10 tables so I suggest you aim for a 5 o’clock on the dot dinner time or wait til the crowd passes at about 9:30 pm for a late night bite.

Will I return?  Yes, as long as its after 10 pm.  With pizza on this side of town that reminds you of Two Amy’s, it’s kind of hard to not at least think about Round Two…
