Tom Bulleit Talks Whiskey Tomorrow

Learn how to drink whiskey properly:  Smith Commons Dining Room & Public House invites you to an evening where bourbon and rye will be on everyone’s lips.  Tom Bulliet, founder of the award-winning Kentucky distillery Bulliet Bourbon, and Master of Whiskey Ewan Morgan, will join Smith Commons for a special tasting and intimate conversation all about whisky.

Schedule of Events:

5 to 7 PM:           Bulleit Happy Hour featuring The Kentucky Buck cocktail (recipe available on request)

7 to 7:30 PM:       Food & Whisky Tasting on the 3rd Floor – Chef Kamal Chanaka has crafted a Bulleit-infused menu that either mirrors the distilling process and flavor profile of the spirit or pairs with Bulleit. Three Stars Brewing Company is donating spent grain to be used in the preparation of some menu items. Menu items available on request.

The Bulleit food menu will also be available to patrons downstairs in the dining room during the week of July 9th.
