Last week began with a bang: the official launch of 4Bitten Media.  The newest venture of Mary Kong, Girl Meets Food, Lisa Shapiro, Dining in DC, Lauren DeSantis, The Capital Cooking Show and myself, has taken on a life of its own.  We came together to offer branding opportunities to businesses through a broad range of advertising through the four blogs.  Last week’s event brought together some of the area’s top media on top of the newly opened Masa 14 rooftop.  Alongside being on my fave new rooftop in the city, the FOOD played starring role in the night.

Spicy shrimp flatbread, Kobe beef hot dogs and bay scallop ceviche pleased guests palates while sipping the chilled, flavorful cocktails Masa 14 is known for around the city.  The night ended with swag bags filled with goodies from Masa 14, El Centro, Zengo, Ping Pong Dim Sum, Pop Chips, Tweets Sweets, Catoctin Creek Distillery, Ris, Hill Country BBQ, Indigo Landing and Matchbox.  Now that we’re officially partied out, it’s time to get back to business.  Keep up with 4Bitten’s whereabouts here.
