The Food Experiment team and Brooklyn Brewery have teamed up to host this national tour that will be held in the District @ the Rock and Roll Hotel from 12-4 pm on May 15. Stepping outside the box, I’m thinking oysters, blueberries for some taco ingredients…sky’s the limit! More info found here.

Word has definitely spread about the 1st Annual Lamb Jam @ the Ritz Carlton…I heard an ad on the radio yesterday which is quite unusual for many of the food events I attend. Well, now that the word is out, it’s no secret that 19 of the areas top chefs, wineries and two local breweries will round out this day of the lamb. On May 22, 2011, from 2 pm-5 pm, if you’re into lamb then this is where you should roll up your sleeves and dig in… Tickets are $50 and can be purchased here.
